The phase changing cooling effect is well known as the most effective ways to manage the temperature. In the meantime, with the accessible heat sink materials, such as Copper and Aluminum.

Phase changing is the only way to significantly enhance the thermal properties. For instance, the pure copper with thermal conductivity of 383 W/mk and once it is implemented with phase changing chambers, the heat pipes and vapor chambers, the equivalent thermal conductivity can be taken as 10X more to its original material.

Therefore, in Therlect, we analysis the thermal behavior thru engineer software and delicate in phase changing tech and phenomenon such as boiling effects aiming to well utilize the effect coping with product with high thermal challenges.

Apart from conventional heat pipes and vapor chambers, the UTCP technology offer a superior way enhancing the thermal properties of a materials and break the material limits in heat pipe and VC applications.

Like say, the glass, the glass UTCP with the phase changing tech would give great opportunity using non metallic materials as the heat sinking parts and fulfill the innovative concept in thermal industry.
